DSL Makes Life and Business Easier

I only recently signed up with a DSL provider and I admit it makes my business more mobile and productive. As my job involves communicating with customers from all over the glob, I subscribed to a Voice over IP telephony plan and now I can always stay in touch in case there are some changes and my client wants to get me to know of them asap. As my business grows, at least i'm thinking about it, I'll purchase a web conference plan, too. Its tools and services allow communicating with partners located in different places without having to meet them face-toface. Great, effective and highly productive and, what's most important - it's cheap.

Credit Report Matters

If you do not take care of regularly reviewing your credit report, it may cost you dear. These are just human beings behind the banks reporting your payment records and bureaus storing them, so they might make mistakes. Had I not ordered my annually free report last month I wouldn't have seen a couple of charges i had never made.
So, there are two options to consider. You can either track everything yourself and pay each time you pull your report for second or third time a year, or you can sign up for credit bureau services that'll take care of your credit activities.
With the latter, you neednt worry something goes wrong and you do not know of that. Any suspicious activity will be checked and reported to you. I'm thinking of signing up, especially as it is not that costly. Check it below:

Tips on Healthy Food and Long Life

There is so much beautiful around us, it's such a pleasure to live.. Most of us find exeptional delight in food, there are people who live to eat actually (do not approve the habit personally). But with the modern food industry you never know when another cake, ice-cream or kola is going to kill you. GMO products are everywhere, they are even in your milk to prolong its freshness and in your apple to keep it hard and shining. Don't expect they'll spare your baby's health. All those purées and creames are also modified. Who thinks we will live long eating chemicals? And we do eat them, just take time to read hardly readable small letters of words saying about E-additives in your jar with beans.
What can an ordinary consumer do about it? Nothing special but reduce or give up eating all that is sold in vacuum packing or all that has suspiciously strong or fresh smell and unnaturally bright color. You'll think, there will be nothing to eat then. And you are right. Starting from this day, I'm going to work on saving my life and making it healthier. Perhaps, I'll lose some ten kgs but i'll add some 5 years to my life.

Insurance Deductible - Watch Out

When i was buying an insurance policy for my auto, I underestimated the importance of the deductible. A deductible is the amount you are to pay before the provider covers the rest of the insurance. In other words, it is the part of the policy that is not insured. Of course, in search of the lowest pricing, I chose to make a minimum deductible, and only then I found out that my premiums were just hefty. The thing is, the larger the deductible amount, the less premium you pay. My insurance company did not inform me about this rule, thiugh they should have. Now I understand how much i could be saving now, had I not been so frugal.

Travel Safe

I've been to Europe on a business trip and vacation but each time I was in the plane I was scared to death.I never calm down because I'm afraid of a crash. My boyfried assures me a plane is perhaps the safest transport type I can go by. He offers me to compare it with the statistics of car crashes happening every minute all around the world. But even Boeing 747, a mosr reputable commercial air craft is known to have crashed.
I also watched the investigations of the crashes on TV and I know what may lead to a crash - a simple defect or a pilot's mistake. Who knows of the safest airline company? Or are we never guaranteed safety?

Looking for Credit Repair? Look here

Though I currently had good credit, it didn't come by itself. Behind are a couple of years of hard work of building and sometimes rebuilding credit rating. But back to those days, you could hardly find a reasonable deal on a plastic designed to rebuild one's poor scores. Today, companies and banks are willing to give problem credit customers favorable, easy manageable terms.
To be of some use to people looking for credit repair, I want to share a resource on bad credit cards which have some of the lowest interest rates and friendly fees to help them get back on their feet. Just look at what the cards offer and make sure that there is nothing better on the market at present.

Dating Online

Do you believe in dating sites? I've never tried one because of no problem with finding a friend or another admirer. I hear lots of people come there in search of communication and i read about successful relatonships and even marriage. But it's becoming kind of mania as i see it. Why don't people meet in clubs, coffee shops or in librarus. Being a bore now, I guess but i'm not old-fashioned really. I just fear the time when the internet becomes our everuthing - our home, friends and even family!
We wouldn't be able to make a step without going online to check the propriety of our actions...! A distant future but possible. Do we really need that?

The More You Know - The Less You Sleep

That's a rule which i haven't believed up to this day. If you begin getting deeper about things in life, you are sure to come up convinced something threatens your life or at least does harm. It happened when I decided to get a bit tanned in a solaruim. But they say the untraviolet will wrinckle my skin very soon. Ok, I gave it up despite that I'm too pale to look like a pop star or something...
But I cannot imagin taking off my high-hilled shoes and forget about them! That's what specialists say. High hills do not only disfigure your bearing but upset internals, which hurts your reproductive performance!
What else are we to be afraid of? Do you also spoil your immunity once you smell a flower?...

New York Nightlife

I'm gonna spend fabulous time at Rebel (Midtown Mahattan)this weekend. Not quite the feature I like about myself recently, but the nightclub and nighlife there is really overwhelming!Rebel is ideal for rock concerts, fashion shows and corporate events. Its four dance floors with performance stages and bars is just what's needed after the hard day at work.
Sounds a bit like a promotion and perhaps it is! if you're young and attarctive, just come and have fun there. You won't regret a minute spent there!

Traveling for Rewards

Well, here they are. At last I've found some really attractive http://www.creditroom.com/Travel-Cards.phpthat can give rewards when you pay abroad. That's a perfect time to make a balance transfer on one such credit card, especially as all of them offer such an option.
Now that I do understand the value of credit rewards (i did manage to get a free flight with US Airways, though it was hard) I'll use very chance to pick up a mile or a point. Travel cards are a perfect opportunity to do that.

What They Want Is Peace

We live in far not peaceful time. Switching on the TV or rading a newspaper, you'll always stumble on some blood story from some battlefield. Tha latest outrage of the society has been provoked by the war in Georgia. Ive seen some news shots, quite a depressing scene. A question bothers me: how can things like this take place in the 21 century? I've never seen such despire and poverty. Ive hardly ever seen such atrocity. I don't see why Georgia cannot leave South Ossetia alone. And, of yeah, Russia also needs to demonstrate its power, tha't a really fine moment to bring the troops in.

X-Files. More of a Love Story

I've seen almost all seasons of x-files and got accustomed to the air of mystery in their investigations. this time it was something different, not exactly what i expected to see and it disappointed me in a way.
However, the biggest truth about them remains - they are in deep and tender love with each other, no matter that their so very different characters prevent them from being together.
As there is nothing really new to me in this very story, I think Ive seen another manifestation of love and faith.

Credit Card for Travel

If you heard that the more credit cards you have, the more damage it does to your credit rating, use my example. The core thing is how you use all your credit cards. If you keep the lines open and pay each month, it does only good to your credit score.
I stick to this practice and it brings me profit. Just like now, I've found a new credit card application from Capital One which I cannot resist making. Reason? It's the best card for travelling as it does not charge foreign exchange fees. It's the only issuer I've seen so far that is so lenient in this question.
Why pay extra for goods, services and entertainment oversees when you could just pay the real price?
Smart cardholders, it's the question for you..))

My Account Dilemma

I've got an idea of making money work for me. Credit cards are ok for convenience only as i pay times more to card companies than i benefit from all this plastic. So, I hear a savings account could earn me good money. However, they say the same about checking accounts. Until now, I knew a distinct difference between these two and I'm at a loss as to which account will benefit me in the most.
I think I'll have to dig out before I go in for making any decision. Finances, you know, are a very tricky and dangerous thing in the hands of an ill-read inexperiences user.

Tasty Food Is not Always Healthy Food

On my friend's advice I joined Cooking book club the other day. On looking through their literature offered by doctors and psychology specialists, I realized that my eating habits are actually far from being ideal.
There are so many secrets about healthy food and right cooking ,and I do regret that the majority of people dot not even guess about them.
For instance, did you know that it makes no difference whether you eat in the afternoon or just before going to sleep? The key thing is to consume no more calories than your daily limit and it does not matter if you take them in the day or at night. Interesting and contradicting to our habitual way of thinking...
Books are our value. Read more, learn more and you will live longer and happier life.

Tomatoes? - No Way!

if you live in Texas, New Mexico,Kansas, Utah,Arizona or Colorado, forget about eating tomatoes! Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have reported about a hundred of cases of salmonellosis illnes in these states, with many people hospitalized.
I know about eggs that may possibly carry the Salmonella bacteria (called Saint Paulthat)but tomatoes are something really curious...
I adore tomatoes... But i think there is something more than just unwashed hands holding tomatoes...

Could Silent Hill Really Exist?

Yes, I saw this horrible picture and it had me thrilled. But until very recently I was convinced that the plot had nothing to do with reality and it was no more than a silly fantasy.
however...
I've heard of a Russian town that existed somewhere in the 1930s and that disappeared by some majic way under the water. It was merely swallowed by the deep dark river washing its shored.
They say that the ghosts of the dead are still wandering above the water freezing the blood of the neighbouring settings..
So, could the plot such as that of Silent Hill really be based on something more than just a fairy-tale? I got seriously interested.

Privacy Questions Araised

I've heard of a future possibility to have Radio Frequency Identification tags implanted under a person's skin, and it made me think... Well I do not by any means deny that such chips in our credit cards do really protect our personal and credit data from being easily stolen... But why carry the chips transmitting you info right from inside your body?
Aren't we much more exposed to ID theft while walking down the street or standing in line at a store? You know about the existence and ease accessibility of special readers that can scan your data at a distance. I think such devices can find great application among criminals looking to use your info in fraudulent purposes.
If i ever am offered to carry such a chip under my skin, I would definitely refuse...

What Does the Fed's Reform Lead to?

Credit card deals bring great revenues to credit companies regardless of the Fed's proposed rule on curbing the unfair credit pratices. The policy of lowering the prime rate and extending the type of collateral banks can use to borrow from the Fed is likely to lead to greater liquidity for the companies and no real relief for card holders.
So far, the interest rates on credit cards have remained the same but how then do banks collect more and more profits? Watch out for fees, folk. Maybe, that's where the trap is..
Also, do you know that you will be able to comment on the Fed's new rule on their website? I will. I want to change things for the better in the US credit card industry.

Put an End to Credit Slavery?

Don't want to sound disloyal but does credit slavery really exist? I would not believe that. Stop complaining about being forced into a life-time boundage to card issuing companies! It's we who actually agree to that of our own free will.
Why? Because we believe what they say and they do not always say the truth. What we need is just to think and most of the trouble will be gone without even having appeared on the horizon!
Now the Federal Reserve is designing a new legislation that supposedly will give us cardholders more rights and protections. Who says that there is no trap and everything is dimond-clear?
When we start thinking, we will protect ourselves without help from aside. Start thinking folks, do not let them throw dust in your eyes and credit will never harm you. That is my experience, that is my indestructible belief.

Music: a New Breakthrough

I made a discovery yesterday. Maybe, a bit late, but better than never. I came to love qualitatively new and higher level music style - heavy metal - and the love came to me with me hearing some of Metallica's old albums...
The sound and the lyrics impressed me so, that i'm looking breathlessly to a new album coming which is dated for October, 28. For the time being, my favorite composition from their album Reload is Memory Remains. Just killing with its energetic play and thoughtprovoking text...
Metallica made me forget about pop

What Unbalanced Me?

Balance, balance and balance... this word seems to have captured my mind in full recently..
Why am I looking for a balance transfer credit card? Surprisingly enough but I was advised by the bank to clear up some small balances on my cards if I want to be able to purchase a cottage. My husband was told the same as we together were seeking joint mortgage approval.
Is life made up of difficulties only? It was such a shock to me to run against a denial, the more so because I had already chosen a pretty small house with a lovely backyard...
It unbalanced me, but I will push my way forward.

Trying to find a balance...

Life is all about finding the balance, whether it comes to work, relashionships, or money. What about debts? We normally treat them as some kind of disbalance, right?
Somehow, four little words can sort-out your problem - credit card balance transfer. It's probably the most convenient way of paying off the entire debt. And yay me! I'm always good at this!

Cottage Search

I have always dreamt of owning a small nice house, something like a shelter from the everyday ever spreading citi fog. And today maybe my dream has come true as my significant part suggested buying one...
We haven't come up with the idea of what it will look and how much it should cost but the awareness of the fact itself makes me happiest in the world...
I looked through hundreds of pictures of country cottages to understand what style can attract me most and the photo here is something very close...

Education Selling!

I did not have time for posting yesterday, otherwise there would be no end to jokes. *Grinning*. Instead, I hanged up on the web site of the college i studied at. I was really perplexed about what I saw there. A new service, the selling of the essay samples was activated! Now students don't have to spend hours searching the relevant information to write a work, they only need to pull out their wallets or credit cards to pay for the ideas and the content itself, which will take them no more than just about 5 minutes to go.
I then thought, is it right? Is it fair to rob our studying young of the opportunity to develope their brainpower and intellect? The question is open..waiting for your opinion.

Poor Students...

Looking back at my college years, Im happy to say that i was wise enough not to sign up for a credit card just for a t-shirt. Some of my friends are still having a hard time paying off thier student credit card debt.
Financial advisors say there quite a number of efficient ways of eliminating the aftereffects of irresponsible use of a plastic at college, but Sarah complains nothing is going to help unless she forgets about the existence of a credit card itself.
There is a question that spang to my mind - can a student move his/her debt onto a balance transfer credit card obtained by the parents? A very interesting and perhaps a smart way out...

Work on Repairing Credit

So, I have started out on recoviring from losses on my credit card and repairing my damaged credit. It is great that my company is meeting me halfway and agreed to reduce the rate so that I could come up with some of the charges I faild to prove to be not mine.
Sometimes, howver, it seems to me that credit companies do not mind you falling victim to credit card fraudsters as they see it another way to make revenues out of you...
I'd love to believe it is not so.

The Ring

I was really impressed by the 2002 film "The Ring". I loved the play and the settings, especially I admired the Moesko Island Lighthouse. Lots of people who saw the film were misled by the lighthouse as they really believed there was such an island.
The truth is the lighthouse does exists but its called Yaquina Head Lighthouse and is located in Yaquina Bay in Oregon.
Probably the idea to use the lighthouse and the location as the setting in "The Ring" was prompted by a fine story about a goast of a workman who fell from the scaffolding and whose body couldn't be retrieved.
I also found on the internet the decsription of the characters and lives of Anna Morgan and her adopted daughter Samara, but was sorry to find that they were a fiction.
A very nice, blood freezing film and though old already, it still keeps me afraid of wells and long dark hair half hiding one's face...

A Woman Credit Card?

Can there be a credit card for woman? Untill recently I did not think credit cards could be ranged by gender but Creditroom.com proved the opposite. It is a website of most convenience to women due to its design and most of its offers.
Women looking for a credit card should visit it by all means.

Natural Disaster. Just When?

They all have recently been talking about the global warming and the ice age following it. I saw how it all can come - just watch The Day after Tomorrow and you will get it. What's interesting to me, if so many people, officials among them, know about the high possibility of the natural disaster, why do we continue burning fuels and polluting the air.
Isn't there an alternative? I don't want to imagin it happening to my children.

Another Safety System

Oh.. and I forgot one thing - new credit safety systems will protect your identity at restaurants. Now the payment transaction will be done right at your table, so that you can watch it...
Make sure that the restaurant you go to has adopted the device.

Credit Card Protection Issue

When I'm out of money - it makes me sad. No. It makes me desperate. I've lost all money from me credit card. Gues how? Im always careful about credit card spending, so my balance has been just ok.
But according to my bank respresentative, there is not a cent on the account now. It is all these damned ID thieves who hunt credit cards for personal information. I have a no swipe card, so I never lose it from sight. It is always in my hand during a transaction.
But they still know how to cheate you! Card readres. Beware of card readers that can possible help in the pocket of a thief. You will not even guess that they are scanning you plastic while it is resting in your purse!
Do not lose vigilance. Get yourself a protection sleeve to hold a credit card in. Remember that your credit card is not only a money keeper but your ID carrier as well.

Valentine's Day

It's one of my most favorite days in the year. I enjoy the fuss of rushing from place to place in search of presents for my friends, relatives and of course my boy-friend. I thik, this time it is going to be a really special day, as I expect proposal...

Another Credit Card Application?

You wouldn't believe this but I wanna risk applying for a new credit card and the curent economic developments dont scare me. This Visa card is special for me. It offers a bunch of irresistible rewards that i didn't dream of with my previous card.
I cancelled it, by the way. Paid off the balance and cancelled it. It did no damage to my credit rating as far as i see in the report so i'm pretty well done with it.
PS: credit rates dropping... take time to make a new deal before it becomes too costly.

Animal Mutants

Discovery channelis gonna kill me some day. Just recently they told us their fairy tales again, this time about the inevitavle mutation of animals under the influence of people.
In Russia they have already seen a cross of a dog and a wolf, and the creature is said to be extremely strong, cunning and completely unpredictabe.
Experimenting on rats has also shown that they can essily adopt human neurons and behave more agressively and even analyze untypical for them situations.
A speaking raven has been raised in a houshold.
What next? Do they speak the truth?

The Credit Crisis Will Affect Each of Us

I don't know what to expect of my credit card company. Lots of my friends and colleagues have deals with Citibank and they are already experiencing hiking rates and tightening credit due to big losses the company incurred recently.
It is more than evident that the credit crisis will hurt not so much the banks as their customers - us. credit cards
If you want to know more about how things are going in the US economy and credit industry, read a comprehensive article on the current credit crisis and terrible news on the overall financial crisiswhich made me worry about my own financia future. I'll appreciate your thoughts

Science and Mystery.

I watched Discovery Channel the other day and I lost sleep over what I saw there. they claimed that all things, apart from human beings and animals, had the power to influence our actions and mood and even change our lives, just like if they were alive!Every thing, they said, had its energetic field with all the information about it that has accumulated inside for years.
And this very code can have a certain effect on the owner of the thing. The older the thing, the more powerful it becomes!
Now, I cannot sleep as I'm afraid of the age-old clock still hanging on the wall after the death of my granny.
What mystery do they hide and what to expect? Who thnks it all is not worth while discussing?

Troublesome Christmas

When a credit card or its details are stolen, it is twice as hurtful if it happens during Christmas shopping season. And this Christmas criminals were especially active I guess. At least 3 of my acquaintances complained that their cards detailes were somehow used for fraudulent purchases online this Christmas and my cousin detected his MasterCard loss after shopping at a store.
Is christmas as happy as it should be for people who fell victims to credit card fraudsters? I guess no. Keep your credit card and details safe, especially at the rush time of Christmas.
