As my job involves communicating with customers from all over the glob, I subscribed to a Voice over IP telephony plan and now I can always stay in touch in case there are some changes and my client wants to get me to know of them asap. As my business grows, at least i'm thinking about it, I'll purchase a web conference plan, too. Its tools and services allow communicating with partners located in different places without having to meet them face-toface. Great, effective and highly productive and, what's most important - it's cheap.

Credit Report Matters

If you do not take care of regularly reviewing your credit report, it may cost you dear. These are just human beings behind the banks reporting your payment records and bureaus storing them, so they might make mistakes. Had I not ordered my annually free report last month I wouldn't have seen a couple of charges i had never made.
So, there are two options to consider. You can either track everything yourself and pay each time you pull your report for second or third time a year, or you can sign up for credit bureau services that'll take care of your credit activities.
With the latter, you neednt worry something goes wrong and you do not know of that. Any suspicious activity will be checked and reported to you. I'm thinking of signing up, especially as it is not that costly. Check it below:

Tips on Healthy Food and Long Life

<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 116px; height: 117px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_-zLLNF6qxLc/SQWv_n3DTjI/AAAAAAAAADY/lSysmHtsGjY/s320/sss.bmp" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5261805247218798130" />
There is so much beautiful around us, it's such a pleasure to live.. Most of us find exeptional delight in food, there are people who live to eat actually (do not approve the habit personally). But with the modern food industry you never know when another cake, ice-cream or kola is going to kill you. GMO products are everywhere, they are even in your milk to prolong its freshness and in your apple to keep it hard and shining. Don't expect they'll spare your baby's health. All those purées and creames are also modified. Who thinks we will live long eating chemicals? And we do eat them, just take time to read hardly readable small letters of words saying about E-additives in your jar with beans.
What can an ordinary consumer do about it? Nothing special but reduce or give up eating all that is sold in vacuum packing or all that has suspiciously strong or fresh smell and unnaturally bright color. You'll think, there will be nothing to eat then. And you are right. Starting from this day, I'm going to work on saving my life and making it healthier. Perhaps, I'll lose some ten kgs but i'll add some 5 years to my life.

Insurance Deductible - Watch Out

<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_-zLLNF6qxLc/SO8-rrgjafI/AAAAAAAAADQ/AJJ-JaHAEp8/s320/insurance.bmp" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5255488210299218418" />
When i was buying an insurance policy for my auto, I underestimated the importance of the deductible. A deductible is the amount you are to pay before the provider covers the rest of the insurance. In other words, it is the part of the policy that is not insured. Of course, in search of the lowest pricing, I chose to make a minimum deductible, and only then I found out that my premiums were just hefty. The thing is, the larger the deductible amount, the less premium you pay. My insurance company did not inform me about this rule, thiugh they should have. Now I understand how much i could be saving now, had I not been so frugal.

Travel Safe

I've been to Europe on a business trip and vacation but each time I was in the plane I was scared to death.I never calm down because I'm afraid of a crash. But even Boeing 747, a mosr reputable commercial air craft is known to have crashed.
I also watched the investigations of the crashes on TV and I know what may lead to a crash - a simple defect or a pilot's mistake. I've never tried one because of no problem with finding a friend or another admirer. I hear lots of people come there in search of communication and i read about successful relatonships and even marriage. But it's becoming kind of mania as i see it. Why don't people meet in clubs, coffee shops or in librarus. Being a bore now, I guess but i'm not old-fashioned really. I just fear the time when the internet becomes our everuthing - our home, friends and even family!
We wouldn't be able to make a step without going online to check the propriety of our actions...! At last I've found some really attractive http://www.creditroom.com/Travel-Cards.phpthat can give rewards when you pay abroad. That's a perfect time to make a balance transfer on one such credit card, especially as all of them offer such an option.
Now that I do understand the value of credit rewards (i did manage to get a free flight with US Airways, though it was hard) I'll use very chance to pick up a mile or a point. Switching on the TV or rading a newspaper, you'll always stumble on some blood story from some battlefield. Tha latest outrage of the society has been provoked by the war in Georgia. Ive seen some news shots, quite a depressing scene. A question bothers me: how can things like this take place in the 21 century? I've never seen such despire and poverty. Ive hardly ever seen such atrocity. I don't see why Georgia cannot leave South Ossetia alone. The core thing is how you use all your credit cards. If you keep the lines open and pay each month, it does only good to your credit score.
I stick to this practice and it brings me profit. Just like now, I've found a new credit card application from Capital One which I cannot resist making. Reason? It's the best card for travelling as it does not charge foreign exchange fees. It's the only issuer I've seen so far that is so lenient in this question.
Why pay extra for goods, services and entertainment oversees when you could just pay the real price?
Smart cardholders, it's the question for you..))

My Account Dilemma

I've got an idea of making money work for me. On looking through their literature offered by doctors and psychology specialists, I realized that my eating habits are actually far from being ideal.
There are so many secrets about healthy food and right cooking ,and I do regret that the majority of people dot not even guess about them.
For instance, did you know that it makes no difference whether you eat in the afternoon or just before going to sleep? The key thing is to consume no more calories than your daily limit and it does not matter if you take them in the day or at night. I would not believe that. Stop complaining about being forced into a life-time boundage to card issuing companies! It's we who actually agree to that of our own free will.
Why? Because we believe what they say and they do not always say the truth. What we need is just to think and most of the trouble will be gone without even having appeared on the horizon!
Now the Federal Reserve is designing a new legislation that supposedly will give us cardholders more rights and protections. Who says that there is no trap and everything is dimond-clear?
When we start thinking, we will protect ourselves without help from aside. Instead, I hanged up on the web site of the college i studied at. I was really perplexed about what I saw there. A new service, the selling of the essay samples was activated! Now students don't have to spend hours searching the relevant information to write a work, they only need to pull out their wallets or credit cards to pay for the ideas and the content itself, which will take them no more than just about 5 minutes to go.
I then thought, is it right? I wish there were no christmas. Joke))
Of course I love XS and I'm going to buy as many presents as possible. So many that I need a credit card for this, I'm afraid. I found a good site with credit card deals to compare and order. And to my surprise, there is an article devoted to holidaytime credit card tips - the basic principle is frugality and wisdom. Watching the box! Don't blame me for that, I haven't done this for ages))) Films, shows, series... not for me. What I watched was a channel for women and fashion channel - they kept me on the sofa for hours! I have no idea why: probably, I'm getting older)))
So.. the question that I'm thinking over is the following: is it better to stay natural or you should use all themodern inventions to improve your appearance as much as possible? Plastic surgery, tatoos, fake hair and lashes, acrylic nails... Many women choose to be artificially beautiful.
My mom has recently made tatoo make-up - a tatooist has done a make-up that lasts a year or so. She looks great and she doesn't have to make up every morning. She look natural, though, it is practically unnoticeable that she has some paint on her face.
In her case a little help from a cosmetician is OK.
But why do people try to change everything on their face just to look like Naomi or Demi? Why do they want to have green eyes instead of blue, why?
My personal point of view is that if God gave you attractive or just nice appearance, it is almost a sin to change it. If you really need improvement (your face distorted or you are bald), then, well, go and make it!
It is very interesting what any of you think about this? Share your opinions, please))

Scaring Movie

Helloween is gone but the feeling of insuperable fear is still hovering over after i watched the movie by Rob Zombi. Is credit card debt a good reason enough to make lawlessness and humiliate civil rights? Happily, these questions have occupied lawmakers' minds and they promis a new law. It coveres some of the wealthiest and at the same time most needy areas in the country and they often sit very close to one another.
An every communiry is now as dependent on tourism as they were on their land and resources...

Running through the continuous nature, with barely a city to be found, the appalachian Trail is certainly the place to fascinate you and leave you with a great desite to repeat the trip...

summer is here, so what?

There are lots of reasons we're waiting for summer to come and among the most vivid ones is... vacations. We're very fond of travelling and the maine destinations still seems to be Europe. It's a fact, in summer Europe gets flooded with Americans.

Why are we so attracted by the Old World? Europe is still a mystery for us, combining the known and the unknown in major cities as well as in the countryside.

Italy, UK, France and the Vatican are among the traditional destinations and the main attractions for us with programs interesting for both unpretentious and sophisticated tourists.

We are getting more and more concerned with old cities' cultures, especially that of Italy and the chance to see the Pantheon and to taste the traditional Italian food - which is not spaghetty and meatballs by the way (find about it at Destination Italy )- as well as the opportunity to visit villages in Tuscany and Umbria all boost tickets booking by unbelievable rates.

Where are you going this summer? Europe is certainly the place to be! Forefathers of most of us come from te continent, so why not make a closer acquaintance with what it felt like for them?

Credit with Rewards

When I decided to to apply for credit card, I knew it should be the best one. So, I tried and was approved for American Express Blue sky credit card. I knew it very well that a reward credit card will bring most benefit for me and it didn't matter that it had a relatively high annual fee.
I just was very well credit educated and I realized that missing payments and carrying balances would reduce the advantages my amex gave me to zero.
So, what dod I do with my reward credit card? After about half a year of regular timely payments and putting nearly every item on the card, I managed to accumulate a number of points enough for a free ticket to New York! And what fun we had there with my friends!
Now, very soun advice for those looking to get a reward credit card. Mind it that credit card companies never do anything for free. Thus, you do pay for the privilege of enjoying credit card rewards through a high annual fee or other fees hidden in the fin print.
So, when tninking of such a credit card, make sure you really need it and you'll win with it but not lose.

start spring with new hair style!

If you're a young woman, you, naturally want to look smart and to attract attention of just everyone around you. If you have at lest once missed or delayed a payment on one of your credit cards, then very probably you have. What happens when you, maybe a good or even excellent credit card holder, forget about the basic rules of credit card management? Well, you most probably, like most Americans, use several credit cards at one time. and now imagine you miss a payment on one of them. the interest rate rises, it's natural. But you'll be shocked to know that the rates on all the other cards fly up, too! It would be very difficult to assume that you can pay them off at the moment and as you can't, you get into debt. Companies get you into debt in a forced manner! In short, they rob you. But, there's good news. As democrats and consumer communities are strongly agaist such an action and judge it as very unfair, all credit companies are reconsidering their policy. Now, however, if you want to apply for credit card and be sure in its stability, it's most likely to be Citibank credit card product as they claim their determination to go back on the predatory actions agaist their customerds.

find a home you deserve

I dare bet that almost half of my blog readers belong to the category of people looking for some programs to purchase a home of their own or at least pursue the dream of owing home. I remember myself taking all those steps to qualify for a house and those were hard times, really. The hit-and-miss method of making a capital didn't bring any good and I started with insufficient credit history for such a big purchase.

When I lost hope already, my friends were just here to tell me of the Affordable Housing Group which gives the latest information and most adequate consultations on resolving issues connected with purchasing a home and maintaining it.

It was then that i learned about such a term as Affordable Housing and it helped me decide on what sort of housing I can actually count.

Affordable housing implies that you purchase a house which total cost is affordable to those living in it. How do you know that you can really bear all those expenses? Well, it is very clearly explained by the housing non-profit organization, the National Low Income Housing Coalition which also informes you about the most affordable and least affordable places in the USA.

According to their guideline, you can afford a house if its monthly maintainance cost does not exceed 30% of your gross income. Note that the cost is calculated with the inclusion of taxes and ensurance of the owner and utilities. From time to time though, the data may change and you need to consult the housing organization.

With these numbers in head, after defining the approximate cost of your future home, you can start out searching for it. To make the house search easier for me, the Affordable Housing Group outlined the places for me with more and less affordable houses and also explained what the cost of the house depends on.
So, if you're in search of a dwelling now, mind it that in places where the demand for affordable houses is higher than the supply, the prices can be constantly changing and sometimes the house become unaffordable allready. And it is vexing, isn't it?
Let's delve into economics to understand why it happens. You see, because of the ever growing demand and people's strong desire and determination to own their own home, land values are always increasing and faster than you income does. Sometimes housing marketers can even make the housing supply more expensive at places affordable to below the average income customers.

Thus, you can simply be too late for a house. Not to miss the opportunity, keep getting information from the housing group and aim at increasing your income. See to it that you have a good credit history.
And the last piece of advice from me. Be very certain about what exactly you want. Define your demand for a home drawing from the following:
the cost of the house
the type of the house
location of the house.

Well, I hope that you will benefit from this post and it will really help you in your choice and purchase of the house.

If you want to clear out some point on how it all happend with me, feel free to ask questions in your comments.

Good luck to you.

watch out!

There was a comment once to one of my posts about a young man who applied for student credit card at college and only about half a year after that checked his credit rating. Well, it's not a very good thing to do in fact and once you got yourself a credit card and started to pay for it, you should always see to it that the credit tracking information in your credit file is correct. Or you run a high risk of having your rating damaged due to some odd mistakes which not infrequently appear in your report. Imagine that your credit card number were stolen and someone were using it for making purchases. If you do not heck your credit file reqularly, you may find out about it when a great amount of debt is accumulated... Do you want to pay for someone else? No! For this, watch your credit file and you'll be in the driver seat.

satisfaction from job - it's great...

Sometimes, when i think of my life and things that i've done, i find a strong desire to share my experience. That's partly the reason for creating the blog, btw. Well recently i began analyzing what i achieved and discovered that i'm utterly happy with my job - the job of designing homes... A couple of years ago, however, i worked as a financial consultant and i still take it sometimes as a part time job. But my real passion is designing. That's what i think is my mission and why i was concerned with financial matters is still mystery for me. I discovered gift for designing when helping my friend draw her future house.
